@corybooker: Courage. Heroism. Calm under pressure. A 17-year-old student facing an emergency in the skies. A calm voice guiding her safely to the ground. People coming together in a moment of crisis, each doing their part. Every day, crises are averted, lives are saved, and tragedies are prevented because good people step up and do extraordinary things. May we remember the legions of dedicated professionals, everyday heroes, and decent people whose quiet acts of courage and service rarely make headlines but make our world safer and stronger. They are all around us. May we see them. May we celebrate them. May we be them..

This wasn't the Maggie clip. Hers was a little harder.

Put the landing gear down. Hope this helps.

How were there no sparks?

How did the instructor forget to tell her to lower the gear?

A 17 year old can fly solo?

digitalxquad :

Aviation engineer here. All she needed to do was lower the landing gear.

Alex :

Behind all successful landing there's a man's brain.

Argo :

Wow, that instructor really did a great job with the training!
