@alexglikman1981: Four Canadian soldiers were killed and 39 others were hospitalized, including 19 in critical condition, after strong winds pushed a grass fire through a training area at CFB Wainwright, Alberta, during a military exercise involving 84 members of the Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry. Defence officials say the fire had been known to be about a kilometre away and was not initially considered a threat, but conditions changed rapidly and flames reached the soldiers within roughly a minute. The fallen have been identified as Sgt. Morgan Wong, Pte. Shaun Farrell, Pte. Aidan Goulding and Pte. Hayden Lykkemark. A full investigation is underway as communities across Canada donate blood and support those affected.
