don’t tell anyone you suspect the diagnosis because they’ll grill you about it, tell someone about your symptoms and make a huge fuss about it if it’s actually causing you damage, explain the symptoms, beg for a consult, tell anyone and everyone you can who could get you help, tell the doctors about all your symptoms, if you need serious help then tell them your life is being seriously affected by your symptoms, never let them know that you think you might be exaggerating or faking, if you were faking you wouldn’t be doing this in private and if you were faking they would know regardless of if you tell them or not
