I’m not affected but can’t help think that this is related to the unpopular FW ISD takeover by the state. Likely to be some very disgruntled voters in that concentrated area.

Wow I had to look this one up. 92 is a lot. And for a judge to allow it is absurd. They are doing everything to stop our votes.
