I buy my alcohol through Amazon. I tracked the price moet and chandon and it dropped to an amazing £18 a bottle. So I used what ever gift card balance I had and used my trading 212 card for the 1.5% cashback for the rest. I om ow have 10 bottles sitting in my house for Xmas day and new year. (although I don't drink often so it will keep for a few years).

Man, i am in diet but also in my frugal era (want to buy cottage next year). I eat so much less. I pre cook or buy food that I can prepare and let sit in the freezer. Like diy chicken strips or even kfc strips when I am out of time. 3 pieces a day. Also people sleep on legumes. Before I go sleep, I put 100g of legumes in the water so I cook it the next day. I no longer buy things that I think I will cook. Unless I know I ABSOLUTELY WILL COOK IT or eat it, I do not buy it. Also soy meat? Great thing. And next year will be even better because I will be in my apartment from spring, so the best quality of food is coming. Especially since I have three types of fertilizer 🙏🏼.

There’s lots of natural protein in many foods. And commerce teaches us we need their special protein foods while if you eat healthy and varied and are not a pro athlete you very very probably already eat enough protein
