Cheesy Garlic Croissants Rolls 🥐🤍 When I say these are the best thing I’ve ever made, I mean it! There also perfect to share for Thanksgiving! Wet ingredients: 2/3 cup warm milk (160g) 1/2 cup warm water (120g) 1 tbsp yeast (instant or active) (9.5g) 1/4 cup granulated sugar (50g) 1/3 cup oil (74g) 2 large eggs, room temp Dry ingredients: 4 1/2-5 cups Bread or Ap flour (585g-650g) 1 1/2 tsp salt 1-1 1/2 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp dried parsley Filling: 6 tbsp butter 1-2 tsp garlic powder 3 garlic cloves, minced 1-2 cups mozzarella Egg wash: 1 large egg 1 tbsp milk Melted butter: 2 tbsp melted butter 1/4-1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4-1/2 tsp parsley 1.) In a large bowl combine the milk, water, sugar and yeast, allow to sit for 5 minutes until foamy. Once foamy whisk in the oil and eggs. Lastly add in the flour, salt, garlic powder and parsley, then knead the dough for 10-15 minutes. Place the kneaded dough into a greases bowl, then cover and proof for 45 to 60 minutes in a warm place or until doubled in size 2.) Once doubled in size roll out the dough into a 12 x 18in large rectangle then spread on your butter mixture and sprinkle on your cheese. Shape your rolls into croissants and place on a baking tray, then cover and proof in a warm place for 30 to 45 minutes or until doubled in size. Brush with egg wash and bake at 350F for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. As soon as the rolls are out of the oven brush with your melted butter and enjoy 🫶 **Tips/Info: - You could use either bread or Ap flour. Just be aware that bread flour absorbs more liquid so you’d have to use less ( I used bread flour) #bakingrecipe #cheesygarlicbread #thanksgivingrecipes #EasyRecipe #fallrecipes
