100% put any type of rubber band/bobby pins on my dresser where most of my hair products stay or the counter in my bathroom.

The only person I've ever met where Bobby pins seem to jump from their head is my 6 year old 😂😳 In fact, Bobby pins usually have their own home so you don't lose them...

No matter which scenario for those police departments, the FBI needs to intervene or some agency to completely start fresh with new people, they cannot keep functioning with this level of corruption. All things that happen in the dark are coming to light, thank you Jesus. These people deserve justice.
