The rollout marks the brand’s first placement on U.S. retail shelves, with distribution supported by specialty food supplier KeHE. The initial lineup also includes plant-based whitefish patties, chicken breast, marbled steak and filet mignon. Steakholder Foods, which develops 3D food-printing technology, says the products are designed to reproduce the taste and texture of conventional meat and fish.
