I went to a nail technology school for a bit before I decided to leave. I was taught that antibacterial soap can actually destroy the good bacteria on your skin which can lead to more health concerns

Thank you SO much for the water thing!!! It makes me so crazy when people say “just drink more water!” for anything!! I get terrible migraines and I can’t tell you how many times someone says that to me! Oh, really Sharon!! Well golly!! Why on earth didn’t I think of that! I’ll let the neurologists know too!!! Also, you get fluids from the food you eat. AND, even tho water is optimal, you can drink other kinds of fluids and that still counts.

Genetics are a hell of a drug. I’ve never washed my face (meaning with soap) in my entire life, and I only started using lotion on it after showers in my early 30s. I have extremely clear and baby soft skin.

Im one of the few people who actually seem to enjoy water. It’s my drink of choice. I’ll have one cup of coffee a day then it’s water. I don’t like soda or juice really and I def get comments from my facial gal that she can tell I’m hydrated but I have friends who drink way less water than me and it’s never that apparent. I think most people are just drinking sugary crap all day so that’s why they push Big Water on us all.

Further, if you way over consume water you can give yourself hypokalemia which can 💀 you so there’s that. Drink when you’re thirsty!

I'm glad you said something about the amount of water because I thought I was going crazy. I'm okay with normal colored pee only drinking 40oz of water but if I do anymore than that im up all night peeing even if I stop drinking water at 5pm
