Eating out. It’s not fun at all! All that money for 5 plus tip… it just doesn’t seem worth it to me when I can cook good stuff 😂… now birthdays special occasions is good, not all the time…💰

I cook everything from scratch at this point. I buy ingredients in bulk. I’m also gluten-free. The only restaurant splurge we really do is for sushi. Other than that, it’s not worth it. Everything tastes the same everywhere you go.

Love’s Oregon Homestead Life :
Yesterday we went to a local pumpkin patch because I wanted to go through their large gift shop. There were some cute things, but I couldn’t there to pay the price that they had on the items. It’s disappointing, but there’s absolutely no reason why some of these things were priced so high. We walked out with a apple cider slushy and a large bag of caramel popcorn. And then when we went to go eat the popcorn it tasted burnt. So we couldn’t even enjoy the popcorn that we spent nine dollars. 🥺

All streaming services and honestly I'd never go back. Amazon prime too with the recent price hikes made me drop it. I've honestly noticed no difference in shipping times either.

I put Hershey Carmel in my coffee. It’s $3.99 for 14 ounces. I now make my own. And it’s so much better.

House cleaners. It wasn’t worth $200 a week for my house to be super clean for one day. I’m a SAHM with a toddler and our house is never going to be as clean as I like it, I guess we could have a housekeeper daily but that would drive me crazy for other reasons. I’d rather do it myself and save the money.

We went out for breakfast this weekend, which in itself has become not worth the price anymore. But the restaurant had this fancy French toast with an espresso glaze and mascarpone cheese. It was $25. Sounded delicious but at the end of the day French toast is bread and eggs. $25 for French toast was apparently my line. lol
