Stephen A is finally blaming Jerry Jones. The issue is Dak wants good stats with no ints, so he won’t throw it down field to back the defense off. If you’re paying receivers $100 million you have to let them prove their worth whether the other team has good corners OR they’re covered or even double covered. They get burnt a couple times even defensive pass interference they’ll back off from the line, opening all your offensive potential up. So they had all their defense on the line which stopped the run and even short throws and Dak was too afraid to throw long. It was a joke. The dumb announcers kept saying no one is open. So what! And if they can’t get open, get rid of them! Cole Beasley best slot receiver Cowboys ever had and Dak wouldn’t use him. Even announcers would say he was always open and defenders when interviewed would say they hated covering him than anyone else.

You can change players, coaches, franchise leadership, whatever you want, the one single common denominator in the Cowpies franchise is Jerry Jones.
