The one thing I’d say is it could have been a longer op and they blocked it to make her feel untouchable while they tapped and investigated her actions, thus I’d also very possible and she wasn’t cleared to know the bigger investigation

My guess iIs it was voted down because of the ammendments which should have been addressed in a separate motion-which is exactly why she did not originally include them in her original motion- she intended to introduce them in seperate motions in front of a different committee. Also Democrats also voted to table it. On top of that she introduced the motion during a "Oversight of Fraud and Misuse of Federal Funds" hearing so this feels like a diversion and not directly related to the federal crimes that were being looked at. I think she killed it herself.
