@ryunolore: #SHINSOUKOKU ⌓⌓⌓ ⏝︶︶⏝ ✚ 芥川 / #bungoustraydogs 　 akutagawa and atsushi are literally two sides of the same coin, and that’s what makes their relationship so interesting. both of them grew up suffering, were treated as disposable, and spent so much of their lives believing that their worth depended on being useful to someone else. akutagawa seeks dazai’s approval because he was made to believe that strength was the only way to earn recognition, while atsushi struggles with the belief that he needs to save people to prove that he deserves to live. they cope with their trauma differently, but deep down, they both want to be acknowledged and given a reason to believe in themselves. the best part is how they slowly become the very people who can understand each other’s pain, even when they refuse to admit it. they're rivals, but their similarities are exactly what make them such a perfect narrative parallel, because atsushi is a reflection of what akutagawa could've been, and akutagawa is a reflection of what atsushi could've become. 　 ₊ 𔘓 𓂃　 — shin soukoku edit akutagawa atsushi bsd edit shin soukoku edit akutagawa atsushi bsd edit shin soukoku edit akutagawa atsushi bsd edit shin soukoku edit akutagawa atsushi bsd edit ིྀ ⏝࡛⏝⏝ ͜ ◞ 𐂯 𐔌・tׁׅɑׁׅᧁׁׅ꯱ : ・꒱ ིྀ #akutagawaryunosuke #atsushinakajima #bsdedit
