I led a healthy lifestyle all my adult life no sugar or rubbish food and last August I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Adenocarcinoma lung cancer with mets and I had never smoked a Day in my life and because of my healthy lifestyle it gave me the strength to fight and today I'm on a watch and wait because the cancer has not progressed from the original sites.

I will say this is wrong for me. Low sugar low carb majority of my life, always high protein even keto/carnivore for years. Diagnosed with state 3 ovarian cancer two months ago, can’t eat anything but carbs very little protein and my numbers keep dropping, dropped over 100 points already. The chemo is working. Eating sugar isn’t giving me more cancer.
