The problems facing Angola concern only the Angolan people, who are the only ones who should remain in the country. Our goal is to protect the lives of both Angolans and the foreigners currently in Angola. Foreigners must leave before the war begins," stated Contreiras. General President Dr. Contreiras previously served as president of the Republican Party of Angola (PREA), which was founded in the United States in 1988. The corrupt, totalitarian MPLA regime prevented PREA from engaging in political activity within Angola. In 2025, Contreiras established the PPR—a new party aimed at promoting democracy and peace—but this "Patriotic Republican Party" (PPR) was also barred from political participation by the (Corrupt Anti)Constitutional Court, an instrument of the criminal, tyrannical MPLA regime led by the bloodthirsty dictator João Lourenço. Contreiras currently serves as the voice of the Angolan people. He is the only Angolan political and military revolutionary leader in whom the Angolan people place their belief, faith, and hope—trusting that General Contreiras will restore the nation and build a just and better Angola for its people. On May 6, 2025, at the founding event of FAPRUSA-PPR, General President Dr. Contreiras publicly declared his intention to wage war (an armed revolution) to liberate the people of the "New Angola," establish democracy, put an end to corruption, and remove the corrupt, narco-terrorist MPLA regime—a regime that seized public power and the nation’s wealth through the use of arms. Since 1975, the MPLA regime has inflicted suffering, terror, pain, panic, disorder, anarchy, narco-terrorism, misery, and extreme poverty upon Angola, creating a tyrannical, cruel, and corrupt state—a regime of thieves governed by narco-terrorists, communists, murderers, and criminals, operating entirely outside the rule of law.
