@hnukly1: I woke up today mad. Hating the world. Waking up Monday. Nothing to look forward to. Just another Monday. No getting up, getting ready, stepping out into the dark, brisk morning. No driving to work. No saying good morning. No stress of punching the clock. No movements of getting the job done. No one to side-talk with. No one to tell me about their fantastic weekend. Trunk-or-treating. Kids. Family. Life. No meetings. No lunch trips. Nope. No work brain for me. And that might make most of you happy, excited even, to know you get to stay home. Do the daily routine of chores. The never-ending laundry, dishes, cooking, cleaning. Talking to children, guiding, maintaining, pouring hours of thought and attention into little feet who see right through the hard work you put in. Then the conversations twirl into the same repetitiveness as the last. Nothing changing. Yet you sit and get talked down to, like your brain isn't supposed to be eager to run, to play, to work, to pay the bills in your own way. Lol. Why does outside work feel so free and so accomplishing? Yet here it is. Monday. Kid in the bath. Kid on the floor gaming. Kid in the room because it's Monday. And another piece of my lost soul is out there, becoming a man on his own. For I miss the choices that used to be mine. #KeepGoing #fyp #smile #view #beatiful
