🍲 Green Beans Stew 🛒 Ingredients • 1½ lb green beans • 1 lb chuck roast • 1 onion, diced • 1 head of garlic, minced • 4 tbsp tomato paste • Juice of 3 tomatoes (crushed) • 2 bay leaves • 1 small spoon 7 spices • 1 big spoon salt (adjust to taste) • 5 tbsp oil. 👩‍🍳 Cooking Instructions 1. Cut the beef into cubes and boil in water for 2 hours with 2 bay leaves only. Skim the foam, then strain the beef and save the broth. 2. In a large pot, heat 5 tbsp oil. Add the diced onion and sauté for 5 minutes until soft. 3. Add garlic, green beans, and the boiled beef. Season with salt and 7 spices and sauté for 10 minutes. 4. Pour in the reserved beef broth until everything is covered. 5. In a separate skillet, heat a little oil. Add tomato paste and let it toast for 2 minutes, then add the crushed tomatoes and cook 3 more minutes. 6. Add the tomato mixture to the stew, mix well, and simmer on medium heat for 40 minutes until thick and rich. ✨ Serve hot with rice — and enjoy!
