I’m very disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I purchased a phone that will not charge past 60%, even after trying multiple chargers, including the one that came with the phone. When I reached out for help, I was told I would have to ship the phone back for inspection and potentially be without a phone for weeks.
I’m a Behavior Technician (BT), and I rely on my phone daily for work-related data collection and documentation. I explained this to customer service, but no alternative solution or accommodation was offered. I understand that inspections may be necessary, but I feel like there should be other options for customers who depend on their phones for work, such as an advance replacement or expedited exchange.
I purchased a phone expecting it to function properly, and I’m frustrated that I’m now responsible for dealing with this inconvenience without a reasonable solution. The lack of flexibility and customer support has left me disappointed with my experience. I hope Plug considers improving how these situations are handled in the future.
