I've always said that I think Starbucks burns their coffee beans on purpose so you'll do all the add-ons with the different milks & syrups so that they can tack on extra fees.

I had a fellow gymnastics mom asked me a couple years ago if I would like her to pick me up at 4:30 a.m. to go to Starbucks to stand in line on the first day of pumpkin spice. I looked at her and said have we ever had a conversation that made you think that I would want anything to do with that at all. absolutely not. I'm not getting up at 4:30 in the morning for any coffee. even the ones that I make that is delicious. much less going to Starbucks to pay an outrageous amount for that crap. funny. she hasn't spoken to me since. oh well

Just wanted to say I adore you. You are me. I am you. I’m 35 from the good ole mtns of east Tennessee! (GO VOLS!!!) And you’ve saved my life a couple of times just by making me laugh . I’m a SAHM momma of 4 beautiful little girls and the only times I can get some peace when I sneak off and listen to you. I wanted to thank you for being my safe place during hard moments. Life is hard out here, barely getting by with all these kids and top of that I struggle mentally (thanks momma) and after losing my mamaw… honey I feel like I’ve lost it all. I LOVE YOU!!! please never stop being you 🥰
