Exactly… avoid drying inside -always … damp clothes make damp houses, encourages mold spores, sore throats etc. clothes still dry outside in winter. If the pavement is dry, clothes will dry 🥰

dehumidifier in the smallest room in the house, washing on airer, in a couple of hours, fresh dry washing. No risk of damp to your home, and a lot cheaper that a tumble drier 👍

My general rule of thumb is If the pavement is dry outside then my clothes go outside to dry. Doesn’t matter how cold it is - even in winter.

Samsung heatpump dryer absolutely amazing and doesn't take hours to dry. My daughters toddler duvet was dry within 90 minutes. lots of settings so doesnt shrink your clothes super quiet and pennies to run

Unless the weather is bad mine is outside, it’s still been drying now. If weather is too cold on the radiators they go

Airer and dehumidifier. Not cheap to buy, but better than a heated airer and loads cheaper than running a tumble dryer. Highly recommend the Meaco range.

i have a heat pump tumble dryer, it is much cheaper to run but also use an airer and dehumidifier for small loads.
