My ferritin was at 1 and after a little bit it was 7. The doc didn’t test again forever. At 56 it’s double digits for the first time at 14. I’m finding all your videos so eye opening

im tested every month, i was an 8 got it up to a 15 but had to give a pint of blood now im back down to a 9. not supposed to take iron due to excessively high RBC ! also iron saturation is 13.

Mine is 5 and iron saturation 6%. My labs literally say critical alert and my doctor thinks it’s fine ✨ I’m so DIZZY 😵💫

Mines is 30, normal hemoglobin but I also have beta thalassemia. I’m not sure if I can take iron.

Can a c section deplete iron and ferritin? I had my baby August of 2025 and by March of this year I had very low iron and ferritin. Back in September ferritin was a 6.
