@oniichanhq: The Crow, 24 and Marvel Actor Michael Massee Passed Away Ten Years Ago Today at 64 Years Old 🎙️🕊️ Remembering a true legend 🙏 Michael Massee had a striking presence that made him especially effective as villains, dangerous outsiders, and morally complicated characters. Horror and cult-film fans remember him as Funboy in The Crow, while television audiences knew him as Ira Gaines, one of Jack Bauer’s earliest major adversaries on 24. His career eventually reached both Marvel and animation. Massee portrayed Gustav Fiers, better known as the Gentleman, in The Amazing Spider-Man films, while his distinctive voice brought Bruce Banner to Ultimate Avengers and Ultimate Avengers 2. He also voiced the villain Spellbinder in The Batman. Some of his memorable roles include: • Funboy — The Crow • Ira Gaines — 24 • Gustav Fiers / The Gentleman — The Amazing Spider-Man / The Amazing Spider-Man 2 • Bruce Banner — Ultimate Avengers / Ultimate Avengers 2 • Spellbinder — The Batman • Newton — Tales from the Hood • Andy — Lost Highway • Charles Hoyt — Rizzoli & Isles • Dyson Frost — FlashForward • Isaiah Haden — Revelations • Karakurt — The Blacklist • Mr. Kellem — Se7en • Eddie Izzard — The Game • Dr. Ivan Slavicky — Catwoman Massee built a career around characters who could feel unsettling, mysterious, or threatening with little more than a look or the sound of his voice. Michael Massee was only 64 when he passed away. His performances as Funboy, Ira Gaines, the Gentleman, and Bruce Banner remain memorable pieces of a career that moved effortlessly between dark drama, superheroes, television, and animation. 🎬🎙️🕊️ #michaelmassee #thecrow #thebatman #theamazingspiderman

Not Funboy!!!

CK :

He was a super sweet guy and a good friend to my pop. He had some real great stories and went through his own struggles, but loved discovering the convention scene later on and chatting with the fans. He was blown over that there were so many fans that really wanted to meet him. I remember one time he was pleasantly shocked when a fan brought the pants he wore from The Crow to sign! RIP Michael.👍👍
