Using the same pan with all those delicious drippings, add a diced onion and sauté until fragrant. Sprinkle in some flour and stir until combined, cooking off that raw flour taste. Slowly pour in your broth, stirring continuously to prevent lumps. Let your gravy simmer until it thickens to your desired consistency. You can always add more broth if you prefer extra gravy! Add your shredded chicken back to the pan and let everything simmer together until the chicken is coated in that delicious, homemade gravy. Taste and adjust seasoning to your preference!
