@brothers.nails.la: With permission from the Indio location, we are sharing this video in hopes of helping everyone understand the full story and what actually happened. Although this incident did not take place at our La Quinta location, our business has been deeply affected by the viral video and the numerous negative comments falsely accusing us of stealing money. As a small business, we work incredibly hard every single day to build trust, create a welcoming environment, and provide the best possible experience for our clients. Seeing our reputation questioned over an incident we were not involved in has been truly heartbreaking. We are grateful that the individual involved has come forward and publicly apologized. We sincerely appreciate her willingness to clarify the situation. Our intention is not to spread negativity or blame anyone. We simply want the truth to be seen and understood, just as widely as the original accusations were shared. It takes time, dedication, and heart to build a reputation, but only moments for misinformation to damage it. Thank you to everyone who has continued to support and believe in us. Your trust means everything. The Brothers Nails & Lashes — La Quinta #TheBrothersNailsAndLashes #LaQuinta #SmallBusiness #OfficialStatement
