That’s called bldg settlement. Learn construction and following affects. Your problem is not the dry wall your problem is in the base it’s built on. It was not compacted correctly. Probably a monolithic slab

As a new build, I thought they were responsible for coming to fix that themselves. I was told that’s a normal part of a new build because all foundations continue to settle.
