I have been the parent judged for my now 18 year old not going to school I went to family court I had him put on probation still couldn’t get him to go they wouldn’t help family court told me it was mandatory for him to go he was bigger than me. He threatened me and everyone else. My son had put hands on me several times cops had been called multiple times. Some times judging the parents isn’t the answer because we don’t always know what’s going on behind closed doors couldn’t be me judging others because I have been there which is why he doesn’t live with me his senior year because he doesn’t like my rules

Yep I have a friend that does zero consequences to them not going to school, it drives me mad!!

This was my oldest step son his mom refused to send him to school every day because she didn’t want to argue with him about it🤦🏼♀️if we could of had him live with us we would of but that was something that couldn’t happen it sucks feeling like you want to do something but you can’t

I had a couple friends like that in high school. Luckily they are doing really well in life. Life did give them a wake up call. But hopefully this kid will learn and get their shit together.
