Get on Valtrex immediately...as soon as you start to break out run to your doctor for a prescription. And you might need an antibiotic cream.

I had shingles in my mouth, down my throat, my nose, eye & ear. I was told that if they went any further down my throat I'd be intubated & if I didn't keep my eye protected they would have to sew my eye shut for a certain period of time. I was on & off viral meds & steroids for over a year. One of the worst experiences of my life.
