I don’t believe people know what the work actually looks and feels like, often it’s just the grind of getting work over the line so you’re recognised as being able to get stuff done. As for the courses well do folk honestly believe there’s some cheat code contained in them, it’s not a video game where you can magically skip 50 levels by jumping through a random gap in the wall, even after the course you still have to do the work.
