Please take it to a professional and get it looked over and have them also document all the damages. Collect all your evidence and if damage is under 8 or 10k take it to small claims it’s very easy to win with evidence. If it exceeds the amount hire an attorney. So sorry gf that’s so frustrating

Report them for predatory towing. Pull their brokerage bond and file a claim against it. Also report them to the Department of State.
