Ppl need to realise that it isn’t just that managers do well there because they’re good managers, but the entire structure of Brighton is perfect. They pick their managers based on how they want the club to play and the players. Not just who is a good manager. So just putting Brighton’s manager into United, Chelsea , etc won’t always work.

Potter, De Zerbi, Lampard, Rosenior, Howe, Nuno, Frank, Tudor, Ange. All of them did well mid table and went to higher budget teams. Almost all of them were sacked within 2 seasons.
