Explanation: so basically in the 2000’s Tokio hotel had an interview about their new album and they were talking about the cover of the music video. Later on one of the interviewers said that bill looks like a girl in the front cover and stated that bill was a girl in “ disguise “ and then the interviewers started laughing and stared judging him. And bill was really insecure about his looks back then and the others knew so they were concerned and worried about bill because bill was embarrassed and upset. There ya go. 🫶💓
