Let me give you a step-by-step. 1 take only clothes for max 2 days with you, most of the hotels got a washing machine. 2 ask the hotel beforehand if its okay to get your packages delivered. 3 set up the apps before hand, in English and the adres of the hotel. 4 get yourself a chinees number at the airport. 5 check the reviews and the delivery time before you make the order. 6 make sure to keep your orders under 200 RMB if you don’t want to pay an extra fee to Alipay or WeChat. If your order is above that, make sure you do a large order. 7 don’t order 1 or 2 days before you leave it will stress you out. 8 If you don’t understand something, ask the hotel staff to help you out. I hope this will help, sorry for my English. It’s not my first language nor the second one.

i'm living through this and omg make sure you check the est shipping & delivery AND have 1-2 days after just in case. one of my items said delivery in 9hrs, then it said tomorrow, then when tomorrow came it said today, and is perpetually stuck in "tomorrow". it's been 3 days since i left that hotel

I forgot one more thing: when you go to sign up for a mobile number, ask the staff to disable any options you won’t be using—this will help keep your monthly costs lower. Also, ask them to show you how to set your app to English; just keep in mind that you’ll miss out on quite a few features that are available in the Chinese version but not in the English one. I translated the sh.t out of this text my brain is getting foggy.
