YES—and I’ll say it every single time. 🙌🏽 After 8 years at the bedside, I now work from home reviewing charts, earn six figures, work only 4 days a week, receive a 10% annual bonus, get 32 days of PTO, and never finish my shift physically exhausted. No short staffing. No unsafe assignments. No 4 a.m. alarm. No weekends or holidays. No running around for 12 hours. I still use my nursing knowledge—I just use it differently. Remote nursing gave me the flexibility, peace, compensation, and work-life balance I didn’t know nursing could offer.
