I’ve grieved my mother longer than I knew her. I’m not sure what’s worse,knowing I’ll never see her again or that my Dad is alive and chooses not to see me. Grieving someone that’s still alive is like never closing the casket.

I feel this, it hit hard. I found out today I need a procedure done and the one person I needed to call to receive comfort from can’t be reached. My mom passed 3 years ago and I just can’t get over this pain. I miss her everyday.
