i was fresh from a csection sleeping, my baby sleeping in her bassinet and had a dream she rolled out of her bassinet (she’s a newborn at this time with no possible way of her rolling out of an enclosed bassinet) and i shot up forgetting i just had a csection

night terrors seems like it. My husband gets those and it was a nightmare when he would scream and wake me and the baby up. Having a better diet usually fixed the issue

Am I the only one scared by this? I mean if someone physically reacts that hard while dreaming, couldn’t the baby be in danger of getting hurt? What if she was dreaming that the baby was some scary monster and she tried to do something to the monster while she was still dreaming? This would TERRIFY me. 🥴

post partum be wild. I woke up out of a dead sleep to rescue my husband from falling... he was fine and not falling lol.. just confused lol. I was already waking up nightly due to worrying about the baby. now I gotta rescue my husband from and invisible fall. great
