@elic_education: There’s a big difference between knowing how you could say something and having to use it in a real situation. That’s why learning at ELIC doesn’t only happen in the classroom. London becomes part of the learning experience. Activities beyond the classroom give you opportunities to put new language into practice, have real conversations and use your English in situations where you can’t predict exactly what someone is going to say next. You might need to react to something unexpected, explain an opinion, ask a follow-up question or find another way to express yourself when the first one doesn’t quite work. And that unpredictability matters. The classroom gives you the opportunity to develop and refine your English. The world outside gives you the opportunity to use it.
