This is for a Chief of Staff position (for a billionaire).It isn’t for a normal 9-5 job. Of course it’s going to brutal and an all the time job. This is not a position that can be compared to the normal job market. This is a super-specialized job that if you make it through and do well, you potentially become a multi millionaire.
