@immaculate.fabhomes: I HAVE A DREAM 🌴🌊 This is land I intend to buy. My vision for it is a Fabulous Homes Beachfront Estate. This land doesn’t just have a waterview. This land touches the lake — 700 metres of beachfront. 🤍 I envision a community beach with beautiful white sand (the land already has this), green spaces where residents can chill, have parties, picnics and make memories. At almost any point on this land, you have a beautiful view of the lake. And don’t worry about flooding. The land is raised, with the water sitting much lower. I see an estate with beautiful walkways lined with palm trees. A gated community with one grand entrance, security guards and entry only for residents and their visitors. I see a future where we can even own our own speed boat and say, “Let’s go to Gaba!” 😂 From the land, you can actually see Gaba. The land is 10 acres, but we would only build on about 7 acres, leaving the rest for the beach, green spaces and community amenities. Right now, I don’t have the funds to purchase this land. So I’m looking for only 50 people who love this kind of serenity and can see the vision with me. I’m still calculating how much each plot will cost. Land is located @ Mpunge village on katosi rd But if I pull this off, this will be my biggest career achievement. ❤️ Still scratching my head on how i am to do this but i know i will #kampala_uganda🇺🇬🇺🇬🤝 #ugandarealestate #LandForSaleUganda #kadamasaudia🇸🇦 #chosenbecky
