Why don't she create a petition to repeal "The Constitution legal terms" pertaining to immigration laws (If only the SCs,former Justices and Advocates can form some sort of Focus Work group to review the Constitution ...because these immigration laws need experienced legal experts outside of the government to review the Constitution ..Some sections of the Constitution must be reviewed taking into considerations that it was enacted in 1996 ,just two years into Democracy ,with still wounded hearts from Apartheid laws ,and who conducted public participation as it is biting back the previously disadvantaged generation and progressively will enslave future generation ...i think those that were in the Constitutional Assembly did not "count the cost" of the legal terms construction that it will create social injustices in the future ,....This enjoyment of rights to everyone registering them to citizenship will eventually oppress the indigenous ppl (previously disadvantaged ppl) ,and back to square one of oppression...i think immigration laws must have significant limitations and strictly monitored by the relevant authorities .
