I think Sam is only 65/70% healthy in terms of his hip. He is having trouble on routes going to the side line. The ball is not being fired in. It’s floating. If he can’t use his hip properly to throw. It would explain his decrease in arm strength and the ducks he’s been tossing up. His throws over the middle are still elite. It’s just outside the numbers and on the run. It’s not there
