As a concept they are actually the same, what you’re talking about is application, where one is far more prevalent than the other. These types of videos tend to be harmful since although they are typically posted with the intent of elevating misogyny as an issue, they tend to only spark debate and/or diminish the negative consequences of misandry, neither of which progress the movement of ending sexism

misandry doesn't exist, and this is coming from a guy who does protest for men. It's either sexism, or misogyny. misogyny doesn't just affect women. If I punched you (representing men), you (women) would obviously be in more pain but my own hand would hurt as well. Misogyny affects EVERYONE which is why we need to fight against it instead of trying to baby men or anyone else, no, misandry doesn't exist. men face sexism, misogyny, and sometimes racism homo/transphobia if they are one of those minorities.

there's a difference between systematic sexism and personal sexism (that's what I like to call it anyway) personal misandry and personal misogyny are the same. it's a simple concept, hatred towards men or women because of their sex. systematic misandry and misogyny are different. this is where I feel people get confused, because some people are thinking systematic and some think personal. systematic misogyny IS worse, because throughout a lot of history women have been oppressed and treated lesser than a man. they're not different because hating on men or women is better than another, it's because of the history.

the only similarities between them is they're both problems in todays society, they're bad and shouldn't be a thing, and they have the same meaning but against opposite genders otherwise they're not the same and misogyny will always be a worse problem than misandry for misogyny its a global concept for misandry its a more social and online construct
