@gone.quiet.media: In January 2006, a security camera at an Orlando apartment complex took one image every three seconds. Those images showed someone parking Jennifer Kesse's black Chevy Malibu, sitting in it for about 30 seconds, and walking away. CBS News reported that in every frame, a fence post blocked the person's face. Twenty years later, investigators still want to identify that person. Watch the full episode, "Every Three Seconds: The Disappearance of Jennifer Kesse," now on Gone Quiet. No one has been arrested or charged. FDLE says the investigation is active.
