Down 80 pounds since April. The process of changing your mindset to just start the journey is definitely the hardest part.

and then when you start, you realize that the climb is actually a little easier and more enjoyable than expected. then it becomes easier every day and fun to watch progress occur. you get immersed in the fun of it all and you reach your goal before you know it, and then realize the journey has just begun. that's when the real fun starts

Real question I know it sounds dumb but how do I get the discipline to stay consistent in the gym like I know all the pros and cons but somehow I always manage to come up with an excuse to not

Hi, Prepotente! 🐐 :
I decided to go by how my body feels and what I can consistently do at this starting point. Cause I would love to go to the gym and lift every day, but my current schedule doesn’t allow that. I can only dedicate two days a week for the gym, but every day I can do my schoolwork, walk 2-3 miles around my neighborhood, take a shower, and go to bed. I can stay on my calorie deficit.

There’s some quote about a man who has to walk 1000 miles & first must forget the overall goal and instead have the goal of walking 25 miles a day and then resting.

Sincerely… I had about 250… a year later, literally to the day from starting, and I’m 130 lbs down! It’s the small stuff every single day!

Been loving your videos this past week. Really inspirational - I’ve been adjusting my eating habits the past week! Do you mind if I ask if you still work for your dad or are you trying to change that part of your life too?

I put off actually hunkering down and trying for SO long, then 3 months ago I decided it was time and I’ve lost 40 lbs. you know what I found out? It’s SO MUCH EASIER than I anticipated to stick to what I’m doing, it takes nowhere near as much time as I thought, why the hell did I wait so long?!
