I honestly believe people didn't know enough about this phone to use it, it had a whole software to upload music just like apple. It never had apps that glitch, was thirsty on data. I had my first windows phone in 2013 and it was a Samsung Omnia and from there went to the Lumia 640XL and the pictures it took back then still have amazing quality today you'd think they are from a modern phone. By the time most people got their hands on them they were now getting fazed out

The Lumia struggled to compete with Android’s app ecosystem but its hardware, camera technology, and Windows Phone UI were genuinely ahead of their time.
