What about sleep talking? I also used to dream I was floating through other people's houses. I have also had several dreams that have come true. Sometimes when I'm just about to wake, I can hear voices speaking to me and I speak back to them and then my daughter we understand who I've just talked to since there's no one here but us. It always happens during that time when you're not quite awake but not quite asleep.

I have suffered with sleep paralysis for ages now I’ve had it about 25 times in my life I’m 41. I also have dreams where I’m sat on my bed looking at myself asleep is this a thing I’ve done this since I was small. I thought I was just weird or dreams of floating up the hall way or down the stairs as a kid and I’m terrified of the dark even now

how about when you instantly fall asleep 🌜and wake up suddenly from a deep trance dream ⚡️✨️and your whole entire Body hurts⚡️✨️so bad you have to relax yourself inorder for that form of numbing Body sensation goes away when you regain consciousness it is really a strange feeling as if your soul goes out of your body and returns to your body and you have to wait a while so that you get back to normal ✨️🌜🪐🌟
