I was on mirtazapine for 6 years 😲. I didn't have any side effects coming off. Tbh after 6 years it stopped working for me x

I’m coming off mine as well this week. I’ve been told to skip a dose every other night, because 7.5mg is more potent - which is crazy. So far so good. Good luck xx

Ive come off mirtazipine and went from 30 down to 15 then after a few weeks went from 15 to zero but was also tapering onto something else. You’ve got this!

I had mitrazpiene was on it for a few months and then had a extremely delayed allergic reaction to it if I remember correctly, I was on 75 MG but had to stop it straight away after that

Hey, I dropped from 45 to 30 a couple months ago and didn’t notice any side effects! The only difference I noticed is a lower dose will actually make you more tired as it has less of the “alerting” factor. Hope it goes well for you :)
