breastfeeding has me losing weight! yes we need to eat to produce milk, but we don’t need to overeat. eat like normal, and include meals that build ur supply. it’s possible!

The eating to make milk but not eating too much to gain weight while bf needing to be studied because wym I eat one calorie over and I’m a stone heavier but eat one calorie less and my milk supply dips 😫😫😫
