@momokatz7: 💚💚SAFE WITH FOSTER💚💚 🚨🆘 ADOPT/RESCUE – SPACE 🆘🚨 ⏰ JESTER NEEDS PLACEMENT BY 10/20 AT 11 AM CST! 💔 Meet Jester A1296156! This handsome boy is running out of time at Dallas Animal Services, and he needs someone to give him the chance he deserves. 🐾 JESTER 🖤 2 years old | Neutered Male ⚖️ 56.2 lbs ❤️‍🩹 Heartworm NEGATIVE 📍 Stray found on Prosperity Avenue, Dallas, TX 75216 🔗 ADOPETS: https://adopt.adopets.com/pet/1c666f49-6288-4539-b71c-e7712a3064de Jester may be shy when first meeting someone, but give him a little time and watch his personality blossom! ❤️ This sweet boy has shown volunteers just how much love he has to give. Once he feels comfortable, he enjoys attention, solicits pets, cuddles up with his people, and happily explores the world around him. He has a playful side, too, with plenty of zoomies and an adventurous spirit! 🐾 💗 His volunteers have seen a completely different dog once he feels safe. ✨ He has met lots of people, including children, at an off-site event and was friendly and happy! ✨ He enjoys playing, running, sniffing, and exploring. ✨ He loves pets, cuddles, and spending time with his people. ✨ He has been observed socializing appropriately with other dogs, allowing greetings, and enjoying play. ✨ He has shown that he can settle down after getting his energy out. ✨ He responds when called and has shown improvement as he gains confidence. ✨ He may pull at first on leash, but volunteers have seen him settle into a nice walk. Jester is an active, affectionate boy who would love a family to take him on adventures and then enjoy some cuddle time together. 🥹❤️ 💔 Jester is heartworm negative, neutered, and ready for his next chapter. Please don’t let him run out of time in the shelter. 🏡 ADOPT Email: [email protected] 🐾 FOSTER — DFW LOCAL FOSTERS NEEDED Email: [email protected] 🆘 RESCUE Email: [email protected] 📍 Dallas Animal Services 1818 N. newborn wants to feed again… and again… and again, right when you hoped they'd settle for the night? 🍼🌙 that's often cluster feeding, and lots of newborns do it in the evenings. it doesn't mean you're doing anything wrong. here's how to make those evenings easier: 1️⃣ watch for early hunger cues like rooting, turning their head and sucking on their fist. feeding before the crying starts is usually calmer for you both 2️⃣ set up a feeding spot before the evening starts: water, a snack, phone charger, the remote 3️⃣ tag team. one of you feeds, the other does nappies, burps and cuddles in between 4️⃣ keep the lights low and the room calm so the evening still feels like the run-up to night 5️⃣ remember it's a phase. it usually eases as your baby grows 💛 when they finally drift off: on their back in a clear cot, moses basket or sleeping bag. every baby is different, and if you're ever worried about feeding, your midwife or health visitor is there to help. if you'd like to stop guessing when they last fed, that's what OBubba is for. log each feed with one tap, and log a few sleeps so it can learn your newborn's own awake times. free to download. link in bio, tap
