america first to them means we can't have universal health care, but other countries can, paid with our taxes the same way it'd pay for ours. people in comments I saw in a video, actually asked, "and who do you think would have to pay for that".... well, go all America first, and pay us first.... to be clear, I want everyone to be able to have "free" healthcare... and by "free" yes I mean truly free, for citizens. but for now I would be fine with my taxes going towards Healthcare to where I dont have to pay out of pocket.
