@bxbverse: When I started watching BL again in 2025 after almost five years away from it, JoongDunk became one of the duos I came to associate so deeply with GMMTV. Looking back, who would’ve thought that the partnership we had grown so accustomed to seeing would one day come to an end? It’s strange how you can get so used to seeing two people together that the thought of their paths taking different directions feels almost unreal. One thing I genuinely regret is that this will be the first and last edit I ever make of JoongDunk as a duo. I never imagined that my first edit of them would also become my last. Had I known this day would come, perhaps I would’ve made more edits, captured more moments, and given myself more opportunities to celebrate them together. It’s a bittersweet feeling knowing that there won’t be another opportunity to make an edit of them as an officially partnered duo. Today’s announcement may mark the end of an era, but it doesn’t erase the memories, the projects, the laughter, or the happiness they’ve brought to so many of us. Some chapters end differently than we imagined, and sometimes all we can do is cherish what they gave us while wishing them the best for what lies ahead. Regardless of where their individual journeys take them from here, I hope they continue to find happiness, success, and opportunities that make them proud. We’ll continue to support them, not just for the duo we came to love, but for the individuals they are beyond it, too.
